Returns policy Overview

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Longer Tech.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If this is case, We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our company web: http://www.eloem.com/ and contact us for requesting a replacement.

Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.（we will only provide refund if the item has been unworn, unwashed, and that the tags are still attached.）

 

Partial Refunds

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

1. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

2. Any item that has obvious signs of use(If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted)

Note: Any item not returned in the condition it was received

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Note: For an exchange request, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back as well as the cost of shipping the new item. We cannot ship you the new item until we've received the original item.
